Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Spotless Stainless ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Spotless Stainless ships merchandise to Canada, Mexico and Australia, but not to other international locations. Please inquire about other locations firstname.lastname@example.org. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Spotless Stainless will ship order within 3 business days of purchase.
Spotless Stainless charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason you may request a refund from Spotless Stainless within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of product cost. Products kept for over 90 days without a refund request are considered final. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping if applicable. Spotless Stainless will cover the cost for shipping to replace items that were shipped incorrectly.
